Verse of the Day: John 4:14 NKJV
“but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.”
As believers in Jesus, we find in Him all we need for this life and eternity. In Christ, there is no lack—no emptiness of heart, no restless searching for peace or joy. He fills our lives with such deep satisfaction that even in the hardest circumstances, we remain content. Whether isolated, suffering, or in need, the true Christian finds comfort and joy in the presence of Jesus.
Place the believer in a dungeon, and he will have the companionship of Christ. Lead him through a barren wilderness, and he will be fed by heaven's bread. Take away earthly comforts, and he will rest beneath the shadow of the Rock of Ages. Even when all seems lost, his heart is steadfast, trusting in the Lord. The human heart is never truly satisfied until Jesus fills it, but when He does, it overflows with peace and joy.
Christ is all-sufficient for the believer. Those who have found their contentment in Him thirst no more, except to know Him more deeply. This thirst is not one of pain or lack but of loving desire to experience more of His love and presence. As one person long ago expressed, "I have often drawn from the well of Jesus, but now I long to drink directly from the source itself."
Do you feel this same desire today, longing for deeper fellowship with Jesus? If so, come again to the fountain of life and drink freely from the fullness He offers.

Heavenly Father, tHelp us find our complete satisfaction in You alone. Stir our hearts to desire more of Your love, more of Your presence, and deeper fellowship with You. Keep us coming back to the fountain of life, knowing that in You we will never thirst again.
