Verse of the Day: Revelation 4:4 NKJV
“Around the throne were twenty-four thrones, and on the thrones I saw twenty-four elders sitting, clothed in white robes; and they had crowns of gold on their heads.”
In heaven, all the saints—whether apostles, martyrs, or unknown believers—share equal nearness to Christ. The vision given in Revelation shows the glorified believers, represented by the elders, seated around the throne, equally close to their Savior. Their condition is one of perfect fellowship, where they gaze upon His glory and are fully satisfied by His love. Though they may be rewarded differently according to their works, in their nearness to Christ, they are all equally cherished. Each saint, regardless of their earthly status or deeds, enjoys intimate communion with the Lord, sharing in His love forever.
As believers on earth, we are called to reflect this heavenly closeness in our daily lives. Christ should be the focus of our thoughts and the centre of our hearts. Just as the saints in heaven are seated near Him, so should we desire to live near to Him now. Let us not be content with distance, but continually seek a deeper relationship with our Savior. May the Lord draw us ever closer to Himself, that our hearts may be filled with His love and presence.

Prayer
Heavenly Father, help us to live in constant closeness to You, just as the saints in heaven surround Your throne. Draw us near to Your heart, that our lives may reflect Your love and grace. May we find our joy and satisfaction in Your presence, both now and forever.
