Verse of the Day: 1 Peter 4:10 NKJV
“As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.”
In the above Scripture, the word "gift" refers to any kind of endowment, particularly those given by the Holy Spirit. Every believer has received a gift meant for service. We are all called to serve and participate in God's purposes. He equips us with the grace needed to fulfil His work through the gifts He has entrusted to us.
Think of yourselves as stewards of God's blessings. You are appointed to carry out His work, using the resources He has given to benefit others. God's intention is to do good through you, and He has made you a steward of the talents, resources, or grace He has provided. This is the essence of stewardship: recognising that our abilities and possessions are meant to serve His purposes and bless others.
Take a moment to consider the unique gifts God has given you. Are you using them faithfully to serve and bless others? Remember, these gifts are not just for personal benefit but to glorify God and serve His people. Your talents, resources, and abilities are entrusted to you for the purpose of being a blessing.
