Verse of the Day: 2 Corinthians 5:20 NKJV
“Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God”
Imagine receiving a call from the President or Prime Minister of your country, inviting you to become an Ambassador. It would be a profound honour to represent your country in such a capacity. We often see ecstatic sportsmen celebrating when they are called to represent their nation in a tournament. It comes with a great sense of responsibility and pride.
An ambassador may live in a foreign country, but does not belong to it. The role of the ambassador is to reflect the interests and position of his or her home country. Similarly, we are ambassadors for Christ in this world. Though we are in the world, we do not belong to it. Our primary duty is to represent Christ and His interests.
We have been chosen and approved by Him to represent His kingdom here on earth. This calling comes with a great sense of responsibility and privilege.

Father, thank You for the honour of being Your ambassador. Help us to faithfully represent You in this world, reflecting Your love and truth in all we do. Guide us to live in a way that brings glory to Your name.
